You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a full refund. To qualify, the product must be unused and unopened, and you will need to share a valid reason for your return. If those conditions are met, we refund you in full.
Email Vitaaco@vitaaco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. As long as the item is unused and unopened and you are within the 7-day window, we will walk you through the next steps.
Once your refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account, with no fees.
