We only collect what we need to take your order, ship it, and keep you posted. We do not sell your personal information, ever. This page explains the details in plain language.

When you reserve a tub, place an order, or contact us, you share things like your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to understand how the store is used — things like device type, pages viewed, and an approximate region estimated from your IP address. We do not track your precise GPS location. This helps us fix problems, estimate shipping, and make Vitaaco better.
To process and ship your order, send order and launch updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the store. If you opt in, we send marketing emails and text messages — and you can leave either list anytime.
If you opt in to texts, we use the phone number you give us to send order and shipping updates and, if you agree to marketing, reminders, launch news, and special offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
Our website uses cookies to help keep track of the items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by text message.
We do not sell your phone number. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
We share data with the services that run the store — Shopify (checkout and payments), Klaviyo (email and text messages), Judge.me (reviews), and shipping carriers — strictly so they can do their job. We do not sell your personal information.

Checkout is encrypted and handled by Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant systems. Internally, we limit who can access your information to the people who need it.
Vitaaco contains caffeine and is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. For anything major, we will let you know by email.
